X-CELL classes offer a large range of different styles of 30-minute classes that are largely instructed on the gym floor in small groups. Check with your Plus Fitness home club for their X-CELL Classes schedule & join the fun!

Classes on demand are member-activated Virtual Classes enabling you to take a class at your convenience, whenever you choose, 24 hours a day. Choose from a range of over 50 different classes, grab a friend, grab another member or just get into it on your own!

Master Classes cover a range of outdoor group training classes such as Boot Camps, Weight Loss Challenges, Yoga, etc. These classes do incur a small charge and you can check with your home Plus Fitness club to see what Master Classes they are currently running.

X-CELL CLASSES

Break into a 30-minutes long, super-energetic workout session. Burning calories has never been so easy and fun-filled before. Our expert trainers have designed this 30-minutes intense workout session, keeping in mind all the major body parts from abs to legs and arms.

You need not worry about your flexibility. Neither should you feel nervous, as an experienced fitness trainer will guide you throughout the session. They will be there to guide you throughout the X-cell classes.

CLASSES ON DEMAND

Can you not visit our studio due to some inconvenience? No issues! You still can work out with classes on demand. These are basically a type of virtual fitness classes. You can easily activate these classes as per your comfort and free schedule. There is no timing restriction, and you can get access to these virtual classes 24/7.

Our on-demand classes comprise 50 different exercise styles. Feel free to choose any. You can even practice along with a friend to keep yourself motivated.

MASTERCLASSES

Masterclasses are meant for you if you love fitness training in close proximity to nature. These classes cover a wide array of outdoor group training sessions. There will be yoga classes, weight loss challenges, boot camps, etc. There may be some extra charges for master classes. Kindly connect with us to know more about master classes in detail.
